Filter recovery powder booth

The filter recycling powder spray booth is an economical basic manual spray booth with simple operation, especially suitable for small batch monochrome spray production. High-precision high-quality filter element is used for powder gas separation. Equipped with automatic back flushing equipment, easy to clean, fast color change, simple and convenient, high powder recovery efficiency. The powder spraying room is designed according to the principle of aerodynamics. The external exhaust fan sucks the scattered dust into the filter element to prevent the powder from overflowing.

Application

This powder spray booth is an economical solution for basic powder coating operations, with a filter powder collecting
system. For job shops, first-time powder coating and to assist large in-house powder coating operations, these powder spray booths offer a variety of configuration options.

During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle track are adopted; 
Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven for high temperature curing.
