Products introduction:

1. It is mainly used for aluminum profiles electrostatic powder ocating .

2. Aluminum profiles move along the suspenstion track into the powder coating booth automatically; speed is adjustable

3. Profiles will be sprayed automatically by the sprayers fixed on an automatic reciprocating lifter

4. After powder spraying , profiles move into the oven for high- tempreture curing .

5. After a certain time of curing ,  finished products move out !

Technical Process

Pretreatment
To achieve the highest product finish when using powder coating, the pre-treatment is essential. 
The quality of your surface preparation is essential part of achieving a high standard of finish on your product and massively influences all subsequent finishing processes. 
Our powder coating pre-treatment systems use the mixed pre-treatment leaching tank + spray tank,ensure that you can cut through and remove all the oils, dirt and other contaminants from the surfaces of your product, as well as treating it with your preferred conversion coatings or an iron phosphate to prevent corrosion and increase the quality of paint/powder adhesion.

The whole line adopts the conveyor chain suspension transmission mode, the pre-treatment adopts the spray treatment, the powder spraying adopts the reciprocating machine to automatically spray, and the moisture drying furnace and the curing furnace adopt the gas hot air circulation mode.
Spray booths Design Highlights

Our fast color change powder coating booth improves quality, reduces downtime and maximizes your production. 
The large cyclone system design is optimized for the highest efficiency in powder reclaim, ensuring contamination free powder coating operation.

Tangential air movement within the trapezoidal design separates powder from the air stream and is proven efficient to 97%. Powder is recovered in the lower cone section of the cyclone. The operator can select whether the peristaltic powder feed pump is used for return of reclaimed powders, or sent to the absolute filter for waste recovery.

During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle track are adopted; 
Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven for high temperature curing.

2. Semi-automatic spraying line:

Feeding carriage: 2sets
Cyclotron track chain: about 40-60 meters

Variable frequency drive: 1set 
Notes: 
During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle track are adopted; 
Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven for high temperature curing.
About 6-10 labors are needed;
Space occupied: over 300 m2 (L>30m).

3. Automatic powder coating line:

after putting on the profiles, all the steps are finished automatically.
The whole process is automatic so it is suitable for large-scale manufacturers.
Processing method: putting on profile - spraying - powder curing - natural cooling - taking down the profile.
